1 Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the panel you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and the Privacy Policy, and agree to be bound by them.

2 Eligibility

To use the panel:

• You must meet the age requirement in Discord’s terms of service.
• The information you provide must be accurate.
• To add a bot you must own it or have the owner’s permission.

3 Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password, and we recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

You are accountable for actions taken with your account. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised access.

4 Acceptable use

When using the panel you agree not to:

• Violate Discord’s terms of service or community guidelines.
• Attempt to act on servers where you have no authority.
• Use the panel for harassment, spam or distributing malware.
• Overload the system, abuse it with automated tools or try to bypass rate limits.
• Circumvent security measures or try to reach other people’s data.
• Copy or sell the panel’s source code or interface without permission.

5 Commands and responsibility

Commands you run from the panel have real consequences on your Discord server: kicking, banning, changing roles or deleting channels may not be reversible.

Responsibility for those actions rests with the user who ran the command and with the server owner. The panel carries out the command; it does not judge whether it is warranted.

Restoring from a backup overwrites the current structure. We recommend reading the summary of what will happen before restoring.

6 Server owner responsibilities

As the person who connects a server to the panel:

• You are responsible for the actions of the people you grant permissions to.
• You are expected to review those permissions regularly.
• Your own obligations regarding your members’ data remain yours.

7 Payments

If you purchase a paid feature, payment is handled by a secure payment provider; we do not store your card details.

Refund conditions are stated at the time of purchase. No refund is given for accounts closed due to abuse.

8 Intellectual property

The panel’s interface, code and brand belong to us. Content belonging to your bot and your server remains yours; the panel processes it only to provide the service.

9 Availability

The panel is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; maintenance, updates or Discord-side outages may occur.

Features may change, be added or removed over time.

10 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from use of the panel. This limit does not cover intent or gross negligence.

11 Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

When an account closes, its bots leave the panel; your bot and server on Discord are unaffected.

12 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.

13 Changes

These terms may be updated. For material changes the date at the top of the page is updated; continuing to use the panel means accepting the current terms.
